We all manage our time, whether we are working, studying or managing day to day life. There are various deadlines in our life that we have to meet, both academic assignment deadlines and tasks we have to prioritise when at work. When at university we advocate balancing completing university assignments with social aspects of university life and other commitments by being aware of time spent doing different tasks.

By utilising time management strategies such as those suggested in this Study Skills Guide you can identify what you want to improve, manage your stress and develop a skill that is useful in the workplace. Explore the poster below for more time management hints and tips,

Staying Organised

Before attending University you may not have had so much choice about how you spend your time. The contact time scheduled across the academic year will vary from course to course. Academic years may also start and finish at different times of year. You may also have times when you are away from the university, on placement or have sessions take place online, on Microsoft Teams or recorded and available to watch at any time.

Watch the video below to learn more about managing your time at university.
