You can use Compass to submit any University enquiry. To do so:
Once submitted we will make sure that your query is forwarded to the relevant team. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your enquiry and will be able to track your enquiry all the way to its resolution. You will receive email notifications to your student email account any time there is an important update on your enquiry. If you have the Compass UoS module App, you'll also receive a push notification.
Open - Your open enquiries will show any enquiry that we are currently resolving. You can add a note to an enquiry at any point if you have any further information that would be useful to us
Closed - Here you will be able to see all of your previous enquiries that have been resolved and where needed, you can re-open an enquiry if you still require support
Unread - The unread sections gives you quick access to any enquiries that you have not yet been able to catch up on
Documents - Within the documents tab you will be able to access any document that we have attached to an enquiry e.g. a help guide. So if you want to refer back to a document you can go to it directly from this space

Your calendar will show any events or appointments you have booked and will provide access to information about the event or appointment and any relevant notes.
