Hello, and welcome to the Library Guide for Independent Distance Learners.

You can use this guide as an online library induction or as a refresher on library services and support.

As distance learners you are able to use the library resources online and make the most of our distance learning support including a document delivery service, 24/7 chat support and postal loans (if you are based in the UK).

When you work through this induction you’ll find a mixture of written guidance, embedded videos (with captions) and activities that you can participate in to help you familiarise yourself with using the library.
