The University Library can offer real-time training to teaching staff and library staff at partner centres. In the training we can cover:

• how to request access to Sunderland e-resources.
• how to search for and access ebooks, journals and more on Library Search from both a staff and student perspective.
• an overview of the distance services we offer to students studying at partner centres.
• discussion of ways we can work together to support and encourage student use of University e-resources.

Training will usually take place using Microsoft Teams.

We are also happy to provide one-to-one training for individual partner staff.
