Technical College to University Collection 

Our Technical College to University Collection comprises photographs, press cuttings and documents relating to the growth and development of Sunderland Technical College to the present University of Sunderland.  It includes material on Wearmouth Hall (an early student Hall of Residence, material donated by the family of the first Wardens of the Hall), early prospectuses of the Technical College and Sunderland College of Art, photographs of students and staff at work, photographs of the building of St Peter's Campus, and library documents from the early twentieth century.
